Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a shipping confirmation with tracking information once it's on its way.
Estimated Delivery Times
We currently ship within the United States. Estimated delivery times vary slightly by product:
- Cervical Neck Relaxer: approximately 10 business days
- Calming Scalp Massage Comb: approximately 12 business days
- Root Touch-Up Stick: approximately 12 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Occasionally, factors like high demand or carrier delays can extend delivery by a few extra days.

International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We're working on expanding to more countries in the future.
